THE HEALTH COACHING PROCESS
1. SET GOALS -- Work together to set goals that evolve as you go until you're ready for the next challenge. These do not define you, but will guide you to a lifestyle of health that stays with you.

2. BUILD SUPPORT SYSTEM -- Besides having me to always count on, we will find those around you that will help you see your goals through to the finish and live a healthier life!

3. GET OUTSIDE AND FIND YOUR FITNESS -- Something about filling your lungs with fresh air is one of the greatest free things in life. Finding ways to incorporate this into our program together will help fuel not only your body, but also your mind!

4. DO WHAT YOU LOVE -- What works for you? Great! Lets work together to make sure those activities are apart of your program.

5. GIVE BACK -- Taking care of the community is our responsibility as the people who are apart of it. Finding fun ways to be involved like my one of a kind COOL-DOWN AND CLEAN UP will reward not only your body but your mind, spirit, and relationships with those around you.
